Which Classes are Right for You?
Core & More is all about strengthening and conditioning exercises for the whole body, whilst using large countervail training. This is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This class will help ease you into a much more effective style of fitness training, ramping up the intensity from your usual classes.
HIIT/Body Blast stands for high intensity interval training. This means it's a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This is a great all body workout that will change the way you look at fitness training and great if you're looking to challenge yourself! Aqua Fit is made up of aerobic exercises and resistance training in shallow water. It's a less intense class completed mostly vertical, without any swimming, making it suitable for almost everybody! |
Zumba is an aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Zumba is a fun class for everybody and can be adapted to suit all ability levels.
Clubbercise is a fun easy-to-follow dance workout with rave glow sticks & disco lights. You can dance along to club anthems from the 90s, to today's hits. Young or old, you're sure to enjoy clubbercise and it's great for all ability levels. Total Tone is a range of exercises focusing on toning the whole body. Suitable for all levels and important tips given throughout to ensure exercises are done safely and for best results. Please bring a mat for these sessions. |
